Bought this to replace the storage from an old desk with a hutch. It doesnt take up a lot of space but had a lot of storage.I NEVER put any of this stuff together without wood glue. When you see people say they arent sturdy, thats probably why. Unless you plan on taking it apart (why would you) glue is the way to go.
This way easy to put together, when done it looks nice in my kitchen.If you are not comfortable with measuring the screw hole spacing, tape a piece of paper over the existing holes and use a sharp pencil to pop the holes where the screws go.
This item looks exactly as expected. The only thing that could be a pain, was that it arrived in 15 thousand pieces and took the entire morning to assemble. But it looks nice and works fine. Fits the need.
Instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Each part had a number or letter tied to it so there was no guessing. I had received the package damaged but they took swift action to resolve the issue.
Im a nail tech and I use this for my tools, art supplies, some polishes, extra cords, and snacks drinks. The base of the drawers are cardboard so you cant put too much weight in them, but they work fine for what I use them for. It looks really nice and professional in my work space instead of having plastic organizers.
